ABOUT THE PROJECT

Empowering women through fitness.

The primary goal of the project is to foster women’s empowerment, helping them develop greater self-esteem and the ability to make choices that influence both their lives and society. The project includes the development of a comprehensive aerobic fitness program, training youth leaders and fitness instructors, and collaborating with local organizations to ensure the sustainability of the initiative.

Specific Objectives:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fitness program.
  • Train youth leaders and fitness instructors in aerobic fitness techniques.
  • Encourage women to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle.
  • Establish partnerships with local and national organizations.
  • Evaluate the program’s impact on participants’ physical fitness and overall well-being.

Activities:

  • Designing and testing the fitness program.
  • Organizing local activities with vulnerable women (unemployed, single mothers, with low educational attainment).

Target Groups:

  • Underrepresented women (unemployed, facing social difficulties, culturally diverse).
  • Young people, including those with limited mobility or physical abilities.
