The primary goal of the project is to foster women’s empowerment, helping them develop greater self-esteem and the ability to make choices that influence both their lives and society. The project includes the development of a comprehensive aerobic fitness program, training youth leaders and fitness instructors, and collaborating with local organizations to ensure the sustainability of the initiative.
